About the Winery
St. Eva Hill Vineyard is a small boutique property in the Paso Robles Estrella District AVA. Planted in 2010 and 2021, the vineyard is cared for mainly by hand. Owners Dan & JoCeal Urbaniak hand-prune, remove suckers by hand, and keep rows free from pests and weeds. The vineyard is transitioning into biodynamic and natural farming. Soil is alluvial clay at about 1150 feet elevation.
