About the Winery
The sole producer in New York State dedicated to the exclusive production of Methode Champenoise sparkling wines. 40 acres of vineyard planted with classic Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. Founded by Cynthia and Tom Rosicki. French winemaker Gilles Martin crafts wines aging from 2 to 8 years.
