About the Winery

Solminer Wine Co. is one of the few Demeter Certified Biodynamic estate vineyards in California. In addition to their estate vineyard, they source grapes from other organically farmed sites throughout the Santa Ynez Valley and Sta. Rita Hills. They are known for Austrian grape varieties like Grüner Veltliner, St. Laurent, and Blaufränkisch, as well as Riesling, Syrah, and Pinot Noir.
