Solaro Estate is a family-owned and operated estate winery located in Dripping Springs, Texas. Built on an ancient fossil bed in the Texas Hill Country AVA, the winery produces limited-production, internationally award-winning wines. The estate has been in the family since 1909. Owners Robert and Barbara have Italian and German winemaking roots. Reservations recommended, walk-ins welcome.
