About the Winery
Soaring Hawk is a small, family-owned nano boutique winery in the countryside outside Santa Margarita in San Luis Obispo County. The winery is the realized dream of passionate winemaker Joey Fariss. The four winery owners are the only employees. They specialize in Rhone varietals including Syrah, Petite Sirah, Viognier, Roussanne, and award-winning Zinfandel.
