About the Winery

So Far Out is the experimental, easy-drinking sister project to Field Recordings, the Paso Robles label founded in 2007 by Andrew Jones. It is a joint venture between Field Recordings, organic Central Coast grower Mike Testa, and Jamil Williams. The project focuses on affordable, sustainable, everyday bottles built from organically farmed Central Coast fruit, with native-yeast fermentation and minimal additions.
