About the Winery

Smith Vineyard has been a cherished part of the Grass Valley community for over 31 years, offering award-winning estate bottled wines from their 10-acre certified organic vineyard. Their tasting room was located at 142 Mill Street in downtown Grass Valley. As of April 2018, the Smiths retired and closed the winery and tasting room but continue to farm their vineyard and sell certified organically grown fruit to other winemakers.
