Formerly associated with Duchamp Estate Winery, the historic Slaughterhouse property on Chiquita Road in Dry Creek Valley was purchased by Cartograph Wines in 2023. The property features a historic slaughterhouse building dating back to the 1920s with 30-foot ceilings and original mechanical gears. Cartograph Wines plans to transform it into their new tasting room and winery space.
