Sivilli Wine Co. is a sparkling wine project in the Willamette Valley founded by Thomas Sivilli. They produce traditional method sparkling wines from vineyards including Abbey Ridge, Temperance Hill, and Charlie's Vineyard. Also makes still Pinot Noir and Rosé.
