About the Winery
Sinclair Orchards is a certified organic cidery located between Twisp and Carlton in the Methow Valley. One of only two organic cideries on the West Coast. Produces Sixknot Cider from whole apples (not concentrate). Also operates Sixknot Taphouse in downtown Winthrop.
