Short & Sweet is a dessert wine born from the October 2017 Napa fires. Fruit from Yountville AVA Cabernet and Oak Knoll Zinfandel vineyards was left on the vine for 5 extra weeks; developing high sugars and wonderful flavors. The wine is a port-like blend of 58% Cabernet and 42% Zinfandel aged in French oak.
