About the Winery

Greene County's first winery, opened January 1, 2008. Specializes in Melomel, a unique natural wine made with grapes and honey, similar to port or sherry. The story began with Dr. Ferenc 'Frank' Androczi and his Little Hungary Farm Winery. Leigh Shields learned the craft and expanded upon the original red, white, and rose Melomel blends to create many distinct varieties. Wines have plant-themed names like Bloodroot, Irish Moss, and Rosa Rugosa. Free tastings every day.
