Seven Sails Vineyard is nestled in the Tualatin Mountains of Portland with 1,500 Pinot Gris vines planted in 1999 and 2005. From just 3 acres, owners Kate and Shuhe craft their signature '3 Shades of Gris' including rosé, white, and Rouge de Gris. Tastings feature musical and theatrical themes.
