Serventi Ranch is a small, sustainable, certified-organic farm in the Corralitos foothills of Santa Cruz County. They grow apples for cider production on a historic orchard site. Owner Peter Serventi is a certified pommelier. Tours and tastings by reservation only. Currently undergoing significant replanting.
