Septentrio Winery is a boutique winery and tasting room nestled along the Redwood Coast in Arcata, CA. Co-owned by Jared and Tynel Sandifer, the winery expresses Humboldt terroir through quality wines. The name "Septentrio" is Latin for "north" and refers to the seven stars of the Big Dipper. They feature Pinot Noir, Blanc de Blancs, Malbec, and more than 30 varieties.
