Seaver Vineyards produces estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon from a 3.5-acre vineyard on Diamond Mountain in Calistoga. Crafted by Thomas Rivers Brown, the winery makes only 400-600 cases per year from four different Cabernet Sauvignon clones. Founded by Hall of Fame baseball pitcher Tom Seaver.
