About the Winery
Estate winery owned by Dr. Mark Karasz, a West Point graduate and retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with a PhD in chemistry. Inspired by a tour in Italy to make wine and Grappa. 20 acres producing over 100 tons of grapes annually. Seneca Lake's oldest licensed Grappa and Grape Brandy distillery, open since 2005.
