About the Winery
Founded in 2022 by wife-and-husband team Ria D'Aversa and Michael Penn. Produces naturally made, unfiltered, unfined wines using cool climate farming and regenerative practices on over 40-year-old vines near Seneca Lake. Tasting room opened July 2024.
