About the Winery
Solo project of acclaimed winemaker Amy Butler. UC Davis-trained winemaker who has been making wine in Paso Robles since 2004. Focus on unique and uncommon varietals as well as tried-and-true Paso Robles Rhones. Known for fearless winemaking and picking grapes early. Open Friday-Saturday 1-7pm and Sunday 1-5pm at Paso Underground.
