Quievremont Wine
About the Winery
Quievremont Wine is part of Reality Farm in Washington, Virginia (Rappahannock County), established circa 1753 at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The name derives from the owner's medieval French family name meaning goat hill. The first three acres of vinifera grapes were planted in 2007, expanding to 10 acres under vine. The winery focuses on producing small batches of exceptional wines in the classic Bordeaux style. The farm also raises goats, cattle, and other animals. Wine tastings are by appointment only.
