About the Winery
Prairie Creek Vineyards was established in 2003 near Central City, Nebraska. Owner Nick Ryan started the vineyard after studying viticulture at UNL. The winery opened in 2007 and has grown to nearly 15 acres. Now features a restaurant in downtown Central City in the former creamery building. Known for far-reaching wine club memberships from Kansas City, Omaha and Lincoln. The salmon dish has been a best seller since day one.
