About the Winery
New Mexico's only all-natural winery, launched in 2023 by friends Zac Webb and Timothy Eyster. Devoted exclusively to natural wine made from sustainably grown grapes in the Middle Rio Grande Valley, fermented without additives like commercial yeasts or sugars with minimal intervention. Produces varietals including Tempranillo, Marquette, and Pinot Meunier.
