Pollak Vineyards, LLC
About the Winery
Pollak Vineyards was built on the historic Mountain Hollow Farm in 2003, where David and Margo Pollak realized their vision of growing and producing award-winning Virginia wines. Today there are 34-44 acres of French vinifera used to make estate grown wines with the finesse and balance of traditional French varietals. The tasting room and patio offer views of the first vines, a pond, and the nearby Blue Ridge Mountains. Winemaker Benoit Pineau was born and raised near Tours in France and holds an Enologist degree from Bordeaux and Burgundy. Pollak won 7 out of the Top 12 wines at the 2023 Virginia Governor's Cup.
