Pec & Burl Wines is a collaboration between Keaton Burlington and Dylan Pecchenino, who met while studying wine and viticulture at Cal Poly SLO. Both worked under Justin Smith at Saxum Vineyards. Their brand is playful yet polished, producing wines from Paso Robles and Napa Valley including Grenache, Syrah, Graciano, and Cabernet Sauvignon blends.
