Paul Rogerville is the proprietor and winemaker at Cuvee Wine Cellars in San Carlos. After 25 years in the financial and corporate world and 20 years as owner of a construction company, he became a full-time vintner. Cuvee Wine Cellars produces award-winning, Bordeaux-inspired wines. The winery is located in the Industrial Arts District of San Carlos and is open Friday evenings and Saturdays.
