About the Winery
Paul Mathew Vineyards is committed to low input winemaking using indigenous yeast and malolactic bacteria. This winemaking style produces wine lush on the palate with seamless flavors. Located in Graton in the Russian River Valley. Winemaker Mat Gustafson focuses on Pinot Noir with small quantities of Chardonnay, Rose of Pinot Noir and Valdiguie. Production does not exceed 2,000 cases annually.
