About the Winery

Parr Collective in Cambria is home to the winery, tasting lounge, and gardens where Rajat Parr crafts regeneratively farmed wines. The collective includes Phelan Farm, Stolo Vineyards, Brij Wines, and Scythian Wine Co. Rajat Parr is a James Beard award-winning author, wine professional, and former sommelier. The farm practices natural farming with sheep, goats, and chickens. Wines are bottled by hand without fining or filtration.
