Parr Cellars
About the Winery
Parr Vineyards is a veteran-owned and operated vineyard and winery in Mason County, Texas. Founded by Robb and Dilek Parr, who planted their first vineyard in 2006 after Robb retired from 32 years as an Air Force Fighter Pilot. They grow 100% estate fruit on 22 acres including French and Portuguese varietals: Tempranillo, Touriga Nacional, Mourvedre, Semillon, Viognier, and Graciano. Their vineyard is nestled in hilly terrain with warm days and cool nights. The Parr Cellars tasting room is located on the historic Mason square. Their grapes are also used by other respected Texas wineries including Pedernales Cellars and Lewis Wines. The philosophy: the place matters.
