About the Winery
Parmelee-Hill is a 65-acre vineyard in the southwest corner of Sonoma Valley and Sonoma Coast appellations. Steve Hill and Gwen Parmelee-Hill purchased the first parcel in 1994. The vineyard was once part of the celebrated Durell Ranch. The heart of the property sits on a knoll facing Sonoma Valley and San Pablo Bay with intense afternoon ocean winds. Primarily a vineyard selling grapes to notable wineries, they also produce limited quantities of high-end Syrah under their own label.
