About the Winery
Parador Cellars is a boutique winery focused on Tempranillo, the under-rated Spanish variety in Napa Valley. Founded by Steve Ventrello, who imported Tempranillo budwood from Ribera del Duero and Rioja regions of Spain. Also produces Cabernet Sauvignon from select vineyards. The wines are aged in premium Bordeaux oak barrels and larger puncheons, unfiltered, with a minimum of 4 years of total aging from harvest to release.
