About the Winery
Paoletti Estates Winery is located in Calistoga on Silverado Trail. The winery has 36 acres planted and grows all the grapes necessary for making premium Bordeaux blends and Super Tuscan blends. First release was in 1994. Known for spectacular caves built in 1989 featuring a unique collection of Carrara marble statues. The Paoletti family names many wines after family members.
