About the Winery
Palmero Family Vineyard was started in 2015 when Gary and his partner bought 10 acres in Herald, CA, formerly the Cresci Vineyard planted in 1983 by Gerald Cresci. Gary studied enology at UC Davis and Napa Valley College. The vineyard straddles a rocky knoll with diverse geology including pink quartz and granite. They focus on French Colombard and Cabernet Sauvignon.
