About the Winery
Paix Sur Terre (Peace on Earth) was established in 2010 by Ryan and Nicole Pease. They craft single-vineyard Mourvèdre, Rhône blends, and Mediterranean-style white wines in Paso Robles. Working with four exceptional westside Paso Robles vineyards, they use minimal oak, plenty of whole cluster, and a restrained approach. They also produce Ugni Blanc.
