Osocalis is a small, artisanal brandy distillery in Soquel, California. The name Osocalis is the original Native American name for Soquel. Founded by Daniel Farber, they produce California brandies made from cool climate grapes and apples using a small antique alambic Charentais still imported from Cognac, France. Partnered with Jeff Emery of Santa Cruz Mountain Vineyard.
