Olfactory Farm is a small farm winery located in Red Creek, NY. Produces lavender-infused wines and ciders made from locally sourced juices and lavender from the farm. Also hosts the annual NY Lavender Festival. Wines are made in small batches and consist mostly of citrus and floral white varietals.
