Nota Bene Cellars is a family-owned artisan winery in Seattle South Park neighborhood, crafting wines since the 2001 vintage. Winemakers Tim Narby and Carol Bryant specialize in Bordeaux-style and Rhone-style red wines. They source grapes from notable vineyards including Ciel du Cheval, Heart of the Hill, and StoneTree.
