100% Texas High Plains wine tasting room from the Newsom family vineyards southwest of Lubbock in Plains, TX. The Newsom family has been a well-known vineyard in the Texas High Plains for decades. Neal and Janice Newsom, along with Nolan Newsom, grow grapes on 150 acres in the Texas High Plains AVA. Newsom Vineyards is one of the most respected grape growers in Texas, selling to many top wineries including Bending Branch Winery, Pedernales Cellars, and others. Now with their own tasting room and wine label, Newsom Vineyards at Comfort seeks to continue this tradition with the 3rd generation. Live music on weekends.
