Fat Ass Ranch Winery and Brewery is the Texas Hill Country's most celebrated destination for handcrafted Texas wines, award-winning craft beer, live music, and legendary Texas hospitality. Located minutes from downtown Fredericksburg on Highway 290 East, with a second tasting room at 153 East Main Street in downtown Fredericksburg. They offer sweet wines ($18 tasting) and dry wines ($22 tasting). Bent Oak Winery joined Fat Ass Ranch and Winery in 2024. The winery features a donkey named Frito, live music on weekends, private silos for group events, and a unique fun atmosphere.
