A farm-to-table winery and brewery on an 80-acre farm in South Wales, NY. Devoted 30 acres to growing grapes and hops. Grows Diamond, Delaware, and Marquette grapes. Also makes craft beer. Operated by Lloyd DeMario (brewmaster) and Amy (retired teacher). Custom brewing for weddings and special events.
