About the Winery
A craft meadery in Putnam County in the Hudson Valley. Uses local raw honey and Hudson Valley well water to make a variety of meads using herbs and barrels. Founder Robert Klein is a practicing herbalist. Best seller is Elderberry mead. Silver medal winner at Mazer Cup for Basil Mint mead.
