About the Winery
Family-owned 11-acre farm and winery in Lubbock. Started in 2016 by artists Ted and Charise Adams. Committed to organic growing, making wines without sulfites or harmful preservatives. Produces meads (honey wines) and grape wines. Features one acre of Orange Muscat grapes and plans for Tempranillo and Montepulciano. Also raises bees and makes homemade cheese.
