Monteverdi Mead is a craft meadery in San Antonio, Texas crafting meads from medieval recipes using pure Texas honey. They produce a variety of flavored and spiced meads including Shield Maiden Mead, Dragon Breath Spicy Mead, Naughty Friar Mead, Black Wolf Mead, and others. All meads are made with honey, water, and yeast with no chemicals or sulfites.
