Produces terroir-driven locally grown wine mead and cider. Led by Allan Hyland and Emily Butteris. Door County's first meadery sharing a tasting room with Hatch Distilling Co. Specializes in traditional method sparkling wines innovative meads co-ferments Ledge Blanc and fortified wines. All ingredients grown or sourced locally from Wisconsin and Door County.
