About the Winery
Michaud Vineyard is situated at 1,500 feet altitude in the cooler north end of the Chalone appellation in Monterey County. Founded by Michael Michaud after leaving Chalone Vineyard in 1998 where he was head winemaker for 19 vintages. The vineyard has 29 planted acres with 9 different clones of Pinot Noir. Known for elegant, European-style wines.
