About the Winery
Michael Ros Winery is a family-owned boutique winery focused on providing high quality 100% Texas wine. Founded by Mike and Rosann Mitrione, their first vineyard was planted in 2018 in the Texas High Plains near Brownfield, followed by the Fredericksburg tasting room location in 2021. Head winemaker Tim Drake brings extensive experience. Their Albarino won Best of Show Texas White at the San Antonio Rodeo.
