About the Winery

Mesa Grande Corazón Winery is a family-owned, off-the-grid operation on a heart-shaped property at 4,000 feet elevation in the mountains of San Diego County near Santa Ysabel. Owned and operated by John and Phyllis Bremer since 1997. They grow and produce estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Grenache using sustainable natural farming practices and solar power.
