About the Winery
Mendelbaum Cellars is a unique winery on the HWY 290 Wine Trail just outside Fredericksburg. Owned by Nitzan Mendelbaum, they offer Ancient World Wines from Israel with a winemaking history spanning nearly 5,000 years, as well as Texas wines made from grapes sourced from the Texas Panhandle and High Plains. They also offer kosher wines with biblical stories.
