About the Winery
Small craft meadery in the historic Rock Springs Village Hall. Crafts a variety of dry semi-sweet and sweet meads using local honey from southern Wisconsin apiaries. Founded as a hobby in 2009 opened commercially in 2018. No chemical additives or physical filtration. Features fruit-infused spiced barrel-aged cysers and bochet.
