About the Winery
McPherson Cellars is a landmark Texas winery in downtown Lubbock, founded by Dr. Clinton Doc McPherson, a pioneer of the Texas wine industry. The winery is now led by his son Kim McPherson. Located in a restored 1930s Coca-Cola bottling plant in the Depot District, they produce 90% Texas grapes focusing on Italian, Rhone, and Spanish varietals. They produce 10,000-12,000 cases annually.
