About the Winery
Mark & Val Wines is a black-owned limited winery in York City, the first Black-owned winery in Pennsylvania. Founded in 2021 by Mark Rhodes, a retired Harley Davidson employee who began making wine at home. All labels feature Black artists. Wines crafted using grapes from York, PA and surrounding counties.
